by making a purchase on this website, by mail, or over the phone with our company you agree to abide by our refund policy.

since we pay commissions to our affiliate members on the sales of our products and services, we are unable to have any flexibility on our refund policies. please follow the policy timelines below if you would like a refund of your purchase. no exceptions will be made in any circumstances.

physical products:

we offer a 30-day refund policy on all physical products that we ship. in order to get a refund you must ship us back the entire package you have received in full resalable condition. no part of the package can be missing or damaged or you will be billed for it.

you will receive a refund for items returned in resalable condition, less the original shipping and handling costs incurred by our company to get you the original product.

we must receive the package back from you within 30 calendar days from the original date of your purchase. your refund will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the product back.

digital products:

we offer a 7-day refund policy on all digital products and services. in order to protect our company against people using our digital products and then simply asking for a full refund, we only allow you refunds up to 7 calendar days from your original purchase date.
